Boys Track & Field Earn Multiple Event Wins at Garry Nallenweg Chesterton Relays

Crown Point’s boys team put together a strong day Saturday at the Garry Nallenweg Chesterton Relays, highlighted by three relay victories and a sweep of the top three spots in the pole vault. The Bulldogs won the 4x100 relay in 43.94, the 800 sprint medley in 1:37.20, and the distance medley in 11:22.20. In the field events, Isaac Roman won the pole vault at 15-0, while Jackson Donovan cleared 14-0 for second, and Bobby Scott added a third-place finish at 13-6. Crown Point also picked up strong finishes in the throws from Dominic Fantin, who placed second in shot put at 46-9.5 and third in discus at 125-1. The Bulldogs also added runner-up finishes in the 4x400 relay (3:32.83) and 4x800 relay (8:27.87), while Nathan Drohosky and Jay O’Barski tied for first in the high jump at 6-0.
